- Dessert (no more than 75 kcal a day): sugar candies without sugar, ledentsovaya karamel, cocoa-powder or cocoa-powder, jelly without sugar. Products of the second phase (in addition to products of the first phase):
- Fruit and berries: apples, apricots (fresh and dried apricots), a melon, cherries, grapes, kivi, a bilberry, a mango, pears, oranges, peaches, grapefruits, a strawberry, plums;
- Vegetables: a potato, a green peas;
- Carbohydrate products (but to not abuse): bread with bran, porridge (but not instant preparation), tselnozernovoj rice, tselnozernovye macaroni, a rye squar loaf, grain bread, popkorn without powdered sugar;
- Milk and dairy products: the skim or low-fat milk, soya milk (low-fat), the skim or low-fat yoghurt (natural or fruit);
- Desserts and alcoholic drinks: bitter chocolate, the red wine, the skim pudding.
